Bob Hubbard Horse Transportation is a family-owned business seeking an experienced
Office Accountant / Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting and payroll
for a 25-30 employee operation.
Responsibilities:
- Full-charge bookkeeper through monthly financials
- Payroll processing, including quarterly and annual filings
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (including oversight of AP)
- Bank and general ledger reconciliations
- QuickBooks Online & Desktop
- Work with outside CPA for year-end reporting
Qualifications:
- Strong QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) experience
- Payroll experience with tax filings
- Knowledge of AP/AR, reconciliations, and General Accepted Accounting Principles
- Understanding of cash and accrual accounting
- Detail-oriented and comfortable in a small, family-owned business
